Matt Benak, Senior Project Manager

With over a decade of experience as a project manager at Creative Solutions, Matt joined our team after graduating from Santa Clara University with a degree in Marketing and minor in Philosophy.

Matt has lived in the Bay Area for over 25 years and plans to be here for years to come. Before coming to Creative Solutions, Matt managed a ski rental shop at Alpine Meadows in the North Tahoe Area. He enjoys many outdoor activities and is still an avid soccer player, golfer and skier.

Matt is often out on-site at client’s locations, supplying real-time solutions for his clients. He currently works with over 500 clients in the Bay and surrounding Areas.

Joe Cain, Project Manager

Joe joined Creative Solutions after graduating from CSU Chico with a degree in entrepeneurship and small business.  Born and raised in the Bay Area, Joe returned to build his career in Silicon Valley.  While in school, Joe coached the CSU Chico Women's Club Soccer team and managed a small business of his own before coming to CS. A passionate outdoorsman and athlete, he has a great appreciation for the natural world.

Joe regularly travels throughout the Bay Area visiting clients to provide effective solutions for the future. One of the things Joe enjoys most is working with start-ups to create a professional image that he can enhance as they grow.

Leah Wolterman, Business Manager

Leah is the newest addition to the Creative Solutions team.  With over 25 years of small business experience and a passion for customer and employee satisfaction, she brings a high degree of knowledge and commitment to her role.  Her focus will be streamlining business practices, including transitioning to more paperless activity in the office and warehouse.  She loves that our customers enjoy the benefits of greatly reduced costs while minimzing impact on the environment.

A native of Santa Cruz, Leah and her husband enjoy traveling to watch their sons' college hockey games as well as  relaxing at home with their dog, Marleau.

Frank Ramirez, Office Manager and Logistics

Frankie has been with us since 2011, and is the central hub at Creative Solutions.  Having worked in almost every department, his knowledge of the Creative Solutions process, from initial bid to final installation, is comprehensive.  He now handles logistics, as well as keeps the office and sales force running.  You will undoubtedly cross paths with Frankie and discover an infectious smile and an answer to your question. 

A bay area local, Frankie is an avid Giants, Niners and Sharks fan.  Whatever the season, however, he can tell you what happened in the last 24 hours for most professional sports teams.
